By creating an account or using The Magic Journal, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

The Magic Journal is a free web application that provides a 28-day gratitude journaling experience inspired by Rhonda Byrne's book "The Magic." The app includes city-themed journal interfaces for New York City, Paris, and London, along with streak tracking, badges, and progress features.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not share your account with others.

4. Your Content

You own your journal entries. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will never sell, share, or use your personal journal entries for any other purpose.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers.

6. Intellectual Property

The Magic Journal app, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. "The Magic" concept is based on the book by Rhonda Byrne. All rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Magic Journal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. We recommend keeping personal backups of important entries.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Magic Journal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination
